I watch Charlie Munger videos quite a lot.
For those who don't know who he is, he's one of the wealthiest blokes on the planet. He knocks about with that Warren Buffet lad. He know's his stuff.
This is one of those 'it's so simple it's genius' type of life lessons.
But nobody says this because most people want a 'silver bullet' approach that will 'fast-track' your progress.
The simple fact is that you have to take the steps, learn the lessons and put in the time.
I'm not where I want to be yet, but every day I'm putting in the work (that I believe) will be required to get me there.
But the most powerful part about the quote is actually the second line.
Deliver value... So much value that it's of the quality that you would want to consume.
This will keep you focussed on delivering the quality of work that will give you a sustainable business.
You're probably going to get better at what you do too.
