From the packaging on your product to the way your staff answer the phone.
It's the lasting impression they have of you.
People may associate your logo with your brand. But they are two separate entities.
An easy way to think about it is that your logo is simply a visual representation of your brand.
Your brand however, is slightly trickier to define.
